To manage the clinic’s digital presence, promote healthcare services, generate online inquiries, and increase patient engagement through effective digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, social media platforms.

• Prepare and follow a monthly content calendar.

• Respond to social media inquiries and coordinate with the concerned department.

Content & Graphic Design

• Create basic posters, social media posts, stories, and promotional materials.

• Use Canva and/or basic Photoshop for simple designs.

• Maintain the clinic’s branding and visual standards.

• Write captions and basic promotional content.

Basic Video Shooting

• Take basic videos of doctors, health tips, events, health camps, and clinic activities.

• Have a general understanding of framing, lighting, camera angles, and clear audio.

• Shoot short-form content suitable for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Digital Marketing & Promotion

• Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns.

• Promote clinic services, health camps, offers, and awareness programs.

• Monitor campaign performance, inquiries, and leads.

Online Presence

• Maintain and update the clinic’s online information.

• Monitor Google Business Profile, reviews, and online engagement.

• Stay updated with current digital marketing and social media trends.

• Social media growth and engagement.
