Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support recruitment and hiring operations. The VA will assist with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, managing recruitment databases, communicating with applicants, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms
Source and shortlist candidates from recruitment platforms and databases
Screen resumes and organize candidate information
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Respond to candidate inquiries professionally and promptly
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment spreadsheets
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates
Assist with onboarding documentation and follow-up communication
Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling
Support HR and recruitment projects as assigned
Managed end-to-end recruitment for temporary, contract, and permanent roles across multiple sectors.
Sourced, screened, and assessed candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking platforms.
Coordinated onboarding, compliance checks, Right to Work verification, DBS checks, and candidate documentation.
Maintained ATS, CRM systems, recruitment databases, and audit-ready compliance records.
Collaborated with UK clients to support hiring needs, placement coordination, and candidate communication.
Monitored visa validity, certifications, compliance renewals, and recruitment reporting while ensuring GDPR compliance.
