Job Summary:

We are hiring a Mid or Senior Video Editor to join our full-time production team. This is a Mid or senior-level role designed for an experienced editor who can independently lead projects from brief to final delivery. You will bring strong storytelling instincts to every piece of content and uphold a consistently high creative standard that elevates the entire team.

Key Responsibilities

•  Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, commercial, and corporate clients

•  Lead projects independently from raw footage through to final delivery

•  Apply advanced color grading in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve to achieve a polished, professional visual tone

•  Create motion graphics and animations that enhance storytelling and elevate content quality

•  Develop compelling hooks and narrative structures that hold attention from the very first second

•  Collaborate with creative directors and clients to align on vision, pacing, and feedback

•  Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines

•  Mentor and guide junior editors on storytelling, technique, and workflow efficiency
