Job Summary
We are hiring an Travel Sales & OTA Coordinator for a fast-growing regional travel brand focused on curated travel experiences. This role combines OTA management, international B2B outreach, product ideation, and lead coordination. You will help grow visibility across global booking platforms, support new itinerary development based on market trends, manage inbound inquiries, and assist in building relationships with international tour operators and travel communities.
Key Responsibilities
1. OTA & Digital Channel Management
Manage and update listings across OTA platforms including Viator, GetYourGuide, Expedia,
TripAdvisor, and similar channels.
Ensure itineraries, pricing, inclusions, availability, and visual assets remain accurate and optimized.
Monitor competitor products and pricing within the region.
Coordinate post-trip follow-ups and encourage guest reviews to strengthen online visibility and credibility.
2. Product Ideation & Market Research
Research travel trends, competitor offerings, and traveler feedback to identify opportunities for new tour products.
Suggest ideas for day tours, multi-day itineraries, and niche experiences including adventure, wellness, experiential, or MICE travel.
Support management in packaging and preparing new products for OTA and B2B sales channels.
3. B2B Outreach & Partnership Support
Research international outbound operators, wholesalers, agencies, and travel communities through trade associations and online directories.
Execute structured email and LinkedIn outreach to generate new B2B opportunities.
Maintain lead tracking and coordinate introductory meetings for management follow-ups.
Support preparation for international trade events by organizing presentations, tariff sheets, partner materials, and itineraries.
4. Lead Coordination & Alternative Sales Channels
Respond promptly to inquiries from the website, social media, WhatsApp, and OTA platforms.
Maintain professional communication with international travelers and partners throughout the sales process.
Explore niche and community-based sales opportunities including expat groups, embassies, international schools, and special-interest communities.
