Job Summary

The Travel Intern will support the travel and operations team in planning, organizing, and coordinating travel arrangements for clients or employees. This role provides hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry, customer service, and itinerary management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in booking flights, hotels, transportation, and tour packages

• Support in preparing travel itineraries and travel documents

• Communicate with clients to understand travel needs and preferences

• Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and hotels for reservations

• Help manage travel schedules and resolve booking issues

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer information

• Assist in research for travel destinations, packages, and pricing

• Provide administrative support to the travel team

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Travel & Tourism Business Administration
