Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a commercially driven leader to own the full guest journey and drive revenue for our
travel brand across Nepal and the wider Himalayan region. You will work closely with the marketing
and operations teams to convert B2B and B2C leads into confirmed bookings - while managing a small
team.


Core Responsibilities

1. Sales & Conversion

  • Lead the conversion of all inbound inquiries - OTAs, website, and paid ads - into confirmed sales.

  • Negotiate and finalize high-value B2B and B2C bookings personally, escalating only where needed.

  • Use pre-approved pricing brackets to issue same-day ballpark quotes, keeping leads warm while full costings are confirmed.

2. Team Leadership

  • Manage a small local team, overseeing their daily prospecting activity, cold-calling, and CRM hygiene

  • Run lead-quality reviews with the stakeholders to identify channel performance (LinkedIn, OTAs, ads etc)

3. B2B Development

  • Oversee follow-up calls and LinkedIn outreach for leads generated through global industry events.

  • Enforce a strict 24-hour follow-up protocol on all event-based leads; delegate data entry to the sales team so you can focus on high-value calls.

4. Operational Coordination

  • Work with the shared internal ops team to source logistics and finalize pricing, with a 2-hour turnaround SLA on active quotes.

  • Share regional market insights with the India teams to support cross-border product development.

5. Quality & Reputation

  • Vet, brief, and manage specialist field guides. Conduct a mandatory handover call with the assigned guide before every departure.

  • Own the post-trip follow-up and customer review process. You are responsible for closing the loop between the sales promise and the trip reality


Experience:

  • 2–5 years in travel sales, account management, or operations - including at least one year managing a team or function
