Job Summary
The Ticketing Manager / Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing all ticketing operations, ensuring accurate and timely issuance, modification, cancellation, and refund of tickets. The role ensures compliance with airline and company policies, delivers excellent customer service, supervises ticketing staff, and maintains strong relationships with airlines, GDS providers, and travel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage international and domestic flight reservations, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
Handle complex itineraries and provide the best routing and fare options.
Ensure accurate issuance of tickets in compliance with airline policies and regulations.
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners to resolve ticketing-related issues.
Monitor fare changes and advise customers accordingly.
Handle group bookings and corporate travel requirements.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Prepare and maintain ticketing records and reports.
Ensure adherence to IATA and airline guidelines.
