Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales and market growth of home appliance products within the assigned territory by managing dealers and retailers, developing new customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

• Manage the assigned territory and ensure effective market coverage.

• Identify new dealers, retailers, and business opportunities to expand the distribution network.

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales, stock availability, product displays, and competitor activities.

• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, pricing, and merchandising at dealer and retail outlets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the home-appliance, consumer-electronics, or durable-goods industry.

• Strong experience in dealer/distributor and retail channel management.

• Good understanding of territory sales and distribution networks.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Must have personal vehicle & valid driving license.
