Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Intern to join our IT support team. The intern will assist in providing technical support to employees and customers by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT support, customer service, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Respond to user queries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, applications, and peripheral devices.

• Assist in setting up desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Support software installation, updates, and system maintenance.

• Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities in the ticketing system.

• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary.

• Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access management.

• Help maintain IT inventory and asset records.

• Participate in system testing, upgrades, and IT projects.

• Prepare basic technical documentation and user guides.

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
