Job Summary

The Store Keeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of materials, tools, and products in the store. The role ensures proper inventory control, safety, and availability of items as per organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods and materials.

• Properly store and organize items in the warehouse/store.

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.

• Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged items.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.

• Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of materials.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.

• Prepare stock reports and documentation.
