Job Summary

A Storekeeper is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, receiving and issuing stock, and ensuring that materials are stored safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials and goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and track stock movements.

• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.

• Maintain stock registers and prepare inventory reports.

• Ensure proper storage, safety, cleanliness, and organization of the store.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.

• Report stock shortages, reorder requirements, and inventory discrepancies.
