Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store & Production Assistant to support daily store operations and assist in the production process. The role involves inventory handling, stock management, and coordination with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely output.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage issuing and receiving of materials for production

2. Track and maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials and finished goods

3. Coordinate material flow between store and production to avoid delays

4. Support finishing and production teams as required

5. Perform basic quality checks of raw materials received

6. Ensure proper organisation of store and stock areas

7. Assist in monitoring daily production activities and timelines

8. Maintain documentation and update records using computer systems

9. Report progress, shortages, or issues to the Production Supervisor

10. Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule

Required Qualifications

• Minimum +2 (Intermediate) or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• Prior experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or production support is an advantage
