Job Summary:

The Store Helper is responsible for assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of the store and warehouse. The role includes handling incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of stock, supporting loading/unloading activities, and ensuring products are stored safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading goods from vehicles and containers

• Arrange and organize stock in the warehouse/store properly

• Support stock receiving, checking, labeling, and stacking activities

• Help maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store and warehouse area

• Assist in preparing goods for delivery and customer pickup

• Support physical stock counts and inventory checks when required

• Ensure products are handled carefully to avoid damage

• Inform supervisors about damaged, missing, or incorrect items

• Assist sales and store staff in locating and moving products

• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

• Perform other store-related duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Basic reading and writing skills

• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items

• Hardworking, disciplined, and punctual

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Prior warehouse/store experience is an advantage but not mandatory
