Job summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect & Interior Designer to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept development to final execution. The ideal candidate will combine creative vision with technical expertise, ensuring high-quality, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural and interior design projects for residential, commercial, and hospitality developments

• Prepare concept designs, layouts, presentations, and construction drawings

• Develop space planning, furniture layouts, material selections, and 3D visualizations

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and site execution

• Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers

• Conduct site inspections and resolve design/construction issues

• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and project documentation

• Present design proposals and project updates to clients
