Job summary

As a dispatch department (Agent), will be an essential part of our courier operations team. Primary responsibilities will be to efficiently coordinate and manage the dispatching of packages and ensure timely delivery. Will work closely with the delivery riders and other team members to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating orders in System and 3PL and printing stickers

• Receive incoming packages and verify the accuracy of information provided.

•  Sort and organize incoming packages and documents based on assigned routes, delivery areas, or specific criteria, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

•  Ensure that packages are properly labeled, documented, and secure for transportation.

• Sort products according to delivery zone

• Address any mismatch, damages, or missing items on time, and follow set procedures.

• Assign suitable delivery drivers or vehicles to each package based on factors such as load capacity and delivery schedule.

• Coordinate with delivery riders to optimize delivery routes and minimize delays.

•  Routing of inside valley products.

•  Outside valley product handover to 3PL.

•  Maintain constant communication with delivery riders to provide updates, and instructions and address any issues or concerns.

•  Maintain accurate records of dispatched packages, delivery times, and any incidents.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or related fields is a plus

• Attention to detail and accuracy in sorting and documenting packages.

• Should know computer skills like Excel, Word, and Google sheet for data entry and record-keeping purposes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and customers/Merchants.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

• Should have Driving license of A category
