Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Handler to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content creation, audience engagement, campaign management, and performance tracking to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, graphics, and videos.

• Develop social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.

• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience preferences.

• Run paid advertising campaigns and optimize performance.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for campaign execution.

• Track and analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports.

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
