Job Summary

The Social Media Handler cum Photographer is responsible for managing the company's social media presence while creating high-quality visual content through photography and basic videography. The role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, capturing engaging photos and videos, editing content, and ensuring consistent brand communication across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars.

• Create engaging captions, hashtags, and post schedules.

• Monitor audience engagement by responding to comments and messages.

• Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

2. Photography & Content Creation

• Capture high-quality photographs of products, events, staff, and promotional activities.

• Shoot short-form videos and reels for social media platforms.

• Edit photos and videos using professional editing software.

• Maintain an organized digital library of images and multimedia assets.

• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's branding guidelines.

3. Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional content.

• Design basic social media graphics and promotional materials.

• Cover company events and activities through photography and videography.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Photography, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management and photography.

• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply.
