Job Summary

We are looking for Social Media & Digital Content Executive who can manage social media platforms, create engaging digital content, write SEO-friendly blog articles, and support monthly performance reporting for both company and client projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company and client social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, graphics, and captions

• Write and manage SEO-friendly blog content for company and client websites

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation

• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content production

• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to improve content performance

• Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Prepare monthly social media and SEO performance reports with insights and improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, branding, or content writing

• Prior experience in an IT company is preferred

• Strong ability to write blogs, captions, and digital content in clear and engaging language

• Good understanding of SEO basics and content optimization

• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is an advantage
