Responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy construction equipment and machinery. The role involves providing on-site technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, ensuring equipment performance and safety, and maintaining strong customer relationships to minimize downtime and ensure efficient machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

•  As assigned by the line manager, to visit the defective machines and repair/ maintain as advised.

• To ensure that all required data is filled in SVR & is verified with customer signature

• Ensure that General & Special tools are returned to branch/tools executive

•  Attend the AMC Machines as per the instruction of Supervisor

• Ensure basic tools given by company is in good condition

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related technical field.

• No education degree required if candidate has 10 years of experience in this industry, & diploma required if candidate has 5 - 6 years of experience in this sector.

• Strong technical knowledge of machinery maintenance and repair, including preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and machine servicing.

• Experience in field service operations, with the ability to independently visit customer sites, attend machine breakdowns, complete repairs, and meet service commitments.

• Good knowledge of service documentation and reporting, including Service Visit Reports (SVR), maintenance checklists, customer feedback, warranty documents, photographs, and service applications.
