Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting the company’s products/services, generating new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

• Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.

• Visit clients and understand their needs and requirements.

• Promote and explain company products/services to customers.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

• Support promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing activities.

• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.

• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
