Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving B2B sales, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships within and outside the Kathmandu Valley. The ideal candidate must be highly autonomous, capable of working independently without day-to-day supervision, and proficient in using corporate software packages for daily operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to hardware retail stores, furniture manufacturers, architects, and auto paint workshops.

• Promote and sell the company's product range, including laminates, glues, and premium auto paints.

• Travel outside the Kathmandu Valley as required to identify new business opportunities and develop distributor networks.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

• Maintain and update the daily sales pipeline using Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor pricing, and provide field feedback to support sales strategy improvements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

• Coordinate payment collections and ensure timely credit recovery.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent after-sales service.
