Key Responsibility

• Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms.

• Follow up with potential leads and build strong customer relationships.

• Assist the sales team in lead generation .

• Support social media marketing and promotional activities.

• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and databases.

• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Communicate professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth client handling and follow-ups.

• Perform other sales and business-development-related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualification

• Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) completed.

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of social media and digital platforms is a plus.

• Ability to communicate confidently with clients.
