Job Summary

The Sales Staff will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products/services, identifying potential customers, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products/services to existing and potential customers.

• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospective and existing customers.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections professionally.

• Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with customers.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the supervisor.

• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and transactions.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.

• Participate in sales meetings, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.

• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant department.

• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• Minimum +2/Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
