Job Summary

The Sales Staff will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting consumer goods, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. The role requires strong communication, customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the store and understand their needs.

• Provide accurate information about products, prices, features, and promotions.

• Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain attractive and organized product displays and shelves.

• Ensure products are properly priced, labeled, and available for customers.

• Monitor product stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or fast-moving items.

• Assist with receiving, arranging, and replenishing merchandise.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.

• Support billing, packing, and other sales-related activities when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the sales area.

• Monitor competitor products, prices, offers, and customer preferences.

• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer-related information.

• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.

• Coordinate with the store, inventory, and finance teams as required.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Sales Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum +2 or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.

• Previous experience in retail sales, consumer goods, FMCG, or customer service is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also be considered
