Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients — understanding their requirements, presenting the right package, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. You'll work closely with the production and creative teams to ensure a smooth handover once a client signs on.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins) for Pana Events and Pana Studio services

• Understand client requirements (event type, date, venue, budget) and recommend suitable packages

• Prepare and share customized package proposals and quotations

• Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales pipeline

• Negotiate pricing and finalize bookings within approved guidelines

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

• Coordinate with the production team for scheduling once a client is confirmed

• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals

• Meet or exceed monthly sales/booking targets

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in events, photography, hospitality, or a related service industry

• Strong communication skills in Nepali and English

• Confident, client-facing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly

• Basic understanding of photography/videography/event industry packages (preferred but not mandatory — training provided)

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and basic CRM/tracking tools

• Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline

• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak wedding/event seasons
