Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to generate new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will identify customer needs, promote products or services, negotiate deals, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Promote and sell the company's products and services.

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.

• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates may be considered depending on the role).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Good presentation and customer relationship management skills.
