Job Summary

The Sales Officer is responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting company products or services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management.

  2. Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing, and benefits to customers.

  3. Conduct showroom visits, field visits, and customer follow-ups.

  4. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

  5. Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer records.

  6. Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for vehicle financing and documentation.

  7. Arrange test drives and support customers during the purchasing process.

  8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  9. Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and sales events.

  10. Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.

  11. Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for resolution.

  12. Identify and approach potential customers to generate vehicle sales.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service preferred.
