Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves managing sales operations, coaching team members, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive company growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation to customer conversion.

  • Convert trial users into active paying customers through consistent follow-up and relationship building.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring strong sales discipline.

  • Develop, test, and improve sales strategies to increase conversion rates and revenue.

  • Gather customer feedback and share actionable insights to improve the product and customer experience.

  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and successful customer adoption.

  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.

  • Represent Growstro professionally during customer meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.
