Job Description

Job Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for approaching retailers, wholesalers, dealers, distributors, supermarkets, wellness stores, organic shops, and potential business clients. This is a field-sales-focused role that requires strong communication skills, negotiation ability, target achievement mindset, and willingness to travel to different market areas for business development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans for Sara Foods and Sara Organics.

  • Generate new leads and convert them into active customers.

  • Approach retailers, wholesalers, distributors, dealers, supermarkets, and institutional buyers.

  • Visit different market areas for product pitching, client meetings, and dealership development.

  • Build and manage dealership and distribution networks.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall revenue growth.

  • Present products professionally and explain pricing, margins, benefits, and business opportunities.

  • Collect market feedback, customer requirements, and competitor information.

  • Coordinate with the internal team for product availability, delivery, and follow-up.

  • Prepare daily and weekly sales updates and report progress to management.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, FMCG, food products, organic products, wholesale, retail, or distribution is preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

  • Ability to find leads, approach clients, and close sales deals.

  • Comfortable with field visits and direct market approach.

  • Target-focused, responsible, confident, and self-motivated.

  • Basic computer and reporting skills.

  • Must be willing to travel for sales and dealership expansion.

  • Two-wheeler license is mandatory.
