Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our sales and business development team. The intern will gain practical experience in lead generation, customer communication, sales activities, market research, and maintaining customer information while contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and generating potential leads.

• Conduct market research to identify prospective customers and business opportunities.

• Contact prospective customers through phone calls, email, and other communication channels.

• Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and product/service information.

• Assist in following up with leads and existing customers.

• Maintain and update customer and prospect databases/CRM records.

• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

• Participate in client meetings, sales campaigns, promotional activities, and events.

• Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the sales team.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Assist with daily sales administration and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
