Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Girls to join our clothing store. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain attractive merchandise displays, process sales, and help achieve store sales targets while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories based on their needs and preferences.

• Explain product features, sizes, fabrics, and pricing.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Operate the POS (billing) system and handle cash/card transactions accurately.

• Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays.

• Arrange, replenish, and organize stock on shelves and racks.

• Assist in inventory counting and stock management.

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policies.

• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.

• Support online customer inquiries and social media promotions, if required.

Requirements

• Minimum SEE/+2 completed (Bachelor's running is an advantage).

• Previous retail or clothing sales experience is preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
