Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
