Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, presenting products/services, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Demonstrate product features and explain specifications and benefits.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and accessories to maximize sales.

• Ensure products are properly displayed, clean, and adequately stocked.

• Handle billing/POS transactions accurately (where applicable).

• Maintain inventory records and report stock shortages.

• Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complaints when necessary.

• Submit daily sales and market feedback reports.

• Maintain grooming standards and represent the company's brand positively.

• Follow company policies, SOPs, and attendance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum +2 (Intermediate) or Bachelor's degree

• Prior retail sales experience is an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
