Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Generate leads and convert them into customers.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records in CRM systems.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales or customer service.
