Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate client projects across multiple channels, including social media platforms and cold calling.

• Execute social media marketing strategies to increase engagement and enhance brand visibility.

• Identify new leads and develop strong, long-term client relationships.

• Ensure all project deadlines are met and submit weekly reports on client and project status.

• Maintain and manage a sales pipeline, including regular follow-ups with potential clients.

• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Google Sheets, CRM systems, or other approved tools.

Requirements

• Education: +2 completed or Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience: Prior experience is not required; willingness to learn and take initiative is essential.

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients.

• Organizational Skills: Capable of managing records and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Working Hours

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Sunday to Friday)
