Job Summery

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer (Air Compressors) located in Biratnagar. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in sales activities, and managing customer service. Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating technical product knowledge, identifying and meeting customer needs, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and providing post-sales support. The role requires collaboration with the sales team and maintaining strong relationships with client.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits, calls, and market research

• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals

• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate solution design

• Support the sales process from lead generation to order closure

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and technical documentation

• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills

• Strong Sales and Customer Service abilities

• Effective Communication skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Industrial or related field)

• 1-3 Years of Experience in Sales of Industrial Machinery or Compressors
