Job Summary

A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating sales opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline. The SDR engages with prospects through calls, emails, social media, and other outreach methods to understand customer needs and schedule meetings for the sales team.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients across the region through cold calling, targeted emails, and direct visits to transport hubs and corporate offices.

  2. Lead Qualification: Assess prospects based on their fleet size and operational challenges, determining their suitability for our free or premium tracking plans.

  3. Pipeline Generation: Successfully pitch our telematics hardware and software value proposition to book qualified product demonstrations and meetings.

  4. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline status to ensure seamless handoffs to the closing team.

  5. Market Research: Continuously map the local market to identify new business opportunities within delivery services, distributors, and large-scale fleet operators.


Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  2. 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, customer service, or a related role.
