Position Summary:

Hamro Health is looking for a dynamic and customer focused Sales Consultant to promote our healthcare products and services, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will identify customer needs, provide suitable solutions, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct customer segmentation, targeting, and lead generation activities for Hyundai premium vehicles.

2. Generate sales inquiries through showroom walk-ins, referrals, networking, and external customer visits.

3. Present and promote Hyundai vehicle features, benefits, financing options, and after-sales services to customers.

4. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales planning and lead conversion.

5. Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities using CRM software.

6. Prepare sales quotations, contracts, bookings, and related documentation accurately.

7. Coordinate vehicle delivery, registration, insurance, and handover processes with relevant departments.

8. Ensure timely collection of vehicle payments, outstanding dues, and required financial documents.

9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

10. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to support sales strategy and business growth.
