Job Summary

A Sales & Reservation Officer is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing reservations/bookings, supporting sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

• Process bookings, reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.

• Promote company products and services to maximize sales opportunities.

• Maintain updated reservation records and customer databases.

• Coordinate with operations, front office, or sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and reservation confirmations.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide professional support.

• Monitor booking availability and occupancy schedules.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reservation and sales reports.

• Receive and process room bookings via phone, email, online platforms, and walk-in inquiries.

• Update and maintain reservation records in the hotel reservation system (PMS/CRS).

• Ensure accurate entry of guest details, room types, rates, and special requests.

• Provide information regarding room availability, pricing, hotel facilities, packages, and policies.
