Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Officer develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, maintain existing client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves market research, customer engagement, promotional activities, and sales reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer outstanding balances, aging reports, and credit limits daily.

• Follow up on overdue payments and conduct collection visits when required.

• Review customer ledgers and report any payment or account irregularities.

• Ensure proper billing by verifying agent-wise customer account details.

• Maintain accurate customer account records and report unusual credit balances.

• Handle cheque bounce cases, legal recovery procedures, and customer blacklisting processes.

• Maintain company-wise customer agreements and legal documentation.

• Conduct written follow-ups with customers for payment recovery.

• Prepare and submit reports as per the prescribed format.

• Attend weekly review meetings and support management with account updates.

• Ensure compliance with company sales, credit, and collection policies.

• Monitor sales accounts and collection activities across all assigned group companies.
