Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting Doorsteps Nepal services, generating leads, building customer relationships, and supporting business growth through effective sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

• Manage social media and digital marketing activities.

• Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.

• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.

• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance.

• Support branding and public relations initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
