Job Summary

The Sales & Market Development Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role focuses on both sales execution and strategic market development to achieve organizational revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Appoint and manage dealers; grow contractor & builder networks

• Achieve monthly sales targets and grow market share

• Identify new projects; generate and follow up on enquiries

• Manage collections, and complaint resolution

• Meet contractors, consultants & engineers daily

• Monitor competitor pricing, track project starts, report market trends

• Drive sales growth and market penetration of hollow blocks and bricks

• Execute sales targets, and building strong customer relationships

• Submit weekly sales reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
