Job Summary

The Sales & Growth Associate is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, nurturing existing client relationships, and identifying market expansion opportunities. This role combines sales execution with data-driven growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution

• Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and networking

• Present products/services to potential clients and close deals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM updates

Growth & Strategy

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase customer base

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

• Handle client queries and provide solutions

Marketing Collaboration

• Work with marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation

• Provide feedback on customer needs and market demand

• Support digital growth initiatives (social media, campaigns, etc.)

Data & Reporting

• Track key metrics like conversion rates, CAC, and revenue growth

• Prepare sales reports and performance insights

• Use data to optimize sales and growth strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
