Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential schools, arranging product demonstrations, presenting our School ERP solution, and converting prospects into customers. This is a field-based role that requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads from schools, colleges, and educational institutions.

• Schedule meetings with principals, administrators, and school management teams.

• Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations of the School ERP system.

• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.

• Follow up on leads and opportunities to drive conversions and close sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.

• Participate in educational events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking activities to generate business
