Job Summary

Responsible for managing store accounting operations, maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring smooth cash handling, supporting customer care activities, and providing timely reporting to head office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily billing, invoicing, and cash transactions.

•  Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and stock records.

•  Handle inventory, stock transfers, and periodic stock verification.

•  Ensure timely dispatch of goods and accurate documentation.

•  Prepare and submit daily sales, cash, and stock reports.

•  Resolve stock and cash discrepancies while supporting audits.

•  Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.

•  Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.

•  Follow up with customers to promote products and increase sales.

•  Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and compliance with company policies.
