Job Summary

We are looking for a Retail Salesperson to provide excellent customer service for clothing brand showroom. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers visiting the store in a polite and professional manner

• Assist customers' needs and recommend suitable clothing items

• Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)

• Perform cash processing and card payment

• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of merchandise

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS systems

• Manage stock, restocking, and inventory checks

• Keep the store clean and tidy; this includes folding clothes and attaching price tags to merchandise
