Job Summary:

The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and maximizing profitability. The role requires strong leadership, operational management, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets

• Supervise sales staff and prepare/manage duty schedules effectively

• Provide on-floor support to the sales team to maximize conversions and close sales

• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner

• Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and overall store cleanliness

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment

• Assist in executing promotional activities and in-store marketing initiatives

• Prepare and maintain accurate sales and inventory reports

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years’ experience in retail sales or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Basic knowledge of computer applications

• Results-driven, responsible, and able to work under pressure
