Job Summary

The Reservations and Ticketing Officer is responsible for managing customer travel reservations, issuing and modifying airline tickets, providing accurate travel information, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently while complying with airline policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel bookings, itineraries, and travel-related inquiries

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners

• Prepare travel documents and ensure booking accuracy

• Accompany tour groups as a tour guide when required

• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel

• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth travel experience

• Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing

Required Qualifications

• Master’s & Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
