A Hotel Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Handle room reservations, bookings, and cancellations
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Process payments, issue bills, and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness
Resolve guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Required Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Professional appearance and attitude
+2 or above level in education. Freshers can also apply.
