Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and creative Receptionist cum Social Media Handler to manage front-desk responsibilities while also handling the company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and a good understanding of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient reception, appointments, calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries.

• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient flow.

• Manage basic billing, payments, and patient records.

• Conduct monthly inventory checks and report stock status or requirements to the Manager.

• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area.

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

• Create, schedule, and post engaging clinic-related content.

• Handle social media DMs, comments, and inquiries.

• Assist with content creation using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

• Coordinate photos, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate (+2) or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, social media, healthcare, beauty, or a similar field is preferred.

• Good command of English and Nepali.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Presentable, professional, creative, and proactive.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work weekends when required.

• Minimum 2-year commitment preferred.
